Pffft. I just got done a delicious Porterhouse cooked in Avocado oil, grassfed butter, fresh garlic and rosemary…cooked medium-rare.
I don’t eat a lot of red meat, or meat in general, but I do enjoy it now and again. I used to eat a lot of it, but my Calcium Cardiogram got a perfect score – 0.
I’m convinced that diets are all dependent on body and blood type, and not generalized conclusions on how certain foods affect the body.
