I agree however, the causality seems loosely supported by a minimum of data. The admission that driver cell phone use is a factor to me is huge but largely dismissed by the author. There’s certainly more to it and the author raises topics that require study. I am perhaps naive, but I find it hard to believe that people discriminate with their vehicles and are more inclined to run over one race than the other.
