‘Fox News Tonight’ to replace Tucker Carlson’s show

Tucker Carlson’s hit show “Tucker Carlson Tonight” has been airing weekdays at 8 p.m. since 2017, when it replaced Bill O’Reilly’s show after he was fired from the network.

“Tucker Carlson Tonight,” which often promotes conspiracy theories and racist narratives, became the most-watched show on primetime cable news, with an average viewership of 3.25 million in the first quarter of this year.

A Fox spokesman said Monday that the show will be replaced by a new show called “Fox News Tonight.”

Fox News host Harris Faulkner said on the air Monday that the interim show will “rotate Fox News personalities until a new host is appointed” at 8 p.m. starting Monday night.

Mr. Carlson’s last performance was on Friday. In it, he doesn’t seem to know that this is his end. He ate sausage and pineapple pizza with a delivery man who stopped a man from fleeing police and told the audience: “We’ll be back on Monday. In the meantime, have the best time with your loved ones.” weekend.”
